About the job

As a Private Advisor, you will have your own customer responsibility and work with our entire range of services within lending, saving, investing, payment, and insurance. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues, both in the office and in other departments, as one of Länsförsäkringar's strengths is the ability to offer a complete solution. Your work will include both acquiring new customers and working with existing ones. The work is set with both individual and shared goals that you will be coached towards. As a person, you should be open to change and willing to try new things to continuously develop yourself and also help develop the group.

Who are you?

As a Private Advisor, you play an important role in helping customers based on where they are in life and planning for the future. You provide relevant advice based on LF Dalarna's goals with a focus on saving, lending, insurance, and investment. You will meet customers both digitally and physically at the office. We wish for you to have a Swedsec license for both mortgage and investment advice.

You actively participate in creating a good atmosphere and developing together with colleagues. You have the ability to empathize with the customer's situation and have a natural talent for building relationships. The role requires you to be a meticulous and responsible person who has both the customer's and Länsförsäkringar's best interests in mind. You thrive in an outgoing role in contact with our customers and can convey information clearly and simply both verbally and in writing. As an advisor, you are structured, adaptable, and embrace new technology that you use in digital meetings with customers. You have the ability to prioritize and be business-minded in your assessments.
